Solid Business Stay

super clean room fresh linen terrace bar

The room was super clean. The bed linen felt fresh. Room service offered diverse choices. Special thanks to chef BiG Shake for his cooking. The pool and bar up on the terrace were great additions. The location provided easy access to both downtown and Yas Island.

During my visit, the lifts were slow, which led to long waits. This was inconvenient. The key card also needed reactivation multiple times. This issue became a hassle I hope they address soon.

Breakfast team members showed kindness and were helpful with vegetarian dishes. The front desk staff were prompt too. Ms. Kajal seemed a good leader, managing everything well. Concierge service from the staff was particularly amazing.

The hotel's architecture is excellent and the pool is located on the 19th floor. The gym has several machines. The sports and spa area felt fantastic. Cocktails at the bar had great taste and presentation.

The rooms were spacious and included complimentary in-room snacks with beverages. Rooms also offer nice views. I could see the sunset. The design featured a machine for espresso. There was also a great bathtub.

clean room soft blankets

The room was very clean and quite nice. the pillows and blankets were soft and comfy. This was a HUGE plus.

The location of my room was not ideal. It was right next to the elevator.
